It's another gloomy day here in Bluffton... these summer thunderstorms can certainly put a damper on things. Luckily, we were able to spend a sunny, fun-filled weekend with Nathan's mom and sister. Bailey had her last swimming lesson and then we spent some time at the beach before heading out to dinner.

We had a great time with them and are looking forward to another visit with the whole family sometime next month.

We are headed to the lake this weekend to celebrate my sister's 28th birthday. Hard to believe that my little sister is that old (and nearly a year older than my own husband)! We're renting a pontoon boat for the afternoon and then having a little party at my parents' house. Should be fun - hopefully Bailey will be in a better mood this time than the last visit we had with Katie (she wasn't feeling very well and was kind of acting like a baby... duh).

We will also be taking our sharp-cornered wrought iron coffee table to store at my parents' house since Bailey has been practicing standing up by herself.Can you believe those shorts she has on are a 2T??? She's not even 8 months old! Surely the sizing must be wrong...
